The Player Development Program is a progression based training program based off continuous and targeted reps. We often refer to it as broad strokes training, meaning we are covering the areas of baseball that haven’t changed in 175 years. An example of this would be backhands for infield, balance points in hitting, etc. These are skill set training sessions for hitting, infield, catching, etc. Please keep in mind that we ask you to do two, one hour sessions per week, preferably one hitting and one defense.

 

Wednesdays (Hitting):

Session 1 4:30-5:30

Session 2 5:30-6:30

Session 3 6:30-7:30

 

Fridays (Defense):

Sessions 1 4:30-5:30

Session 2 6:00-7:00
