OVERVIEW

This registration for the 2026 Summer TRAVEL BASEBALL season for Closter, Haworth, and Demarest baseball players who have already registered for the REC season as well. TRAVEL baseball is for the more serious player as this is NOT REC Baseball. (If your child is just learning to play baseball, this travel baseball program would not be for them). In order to be considered for a Spring or Summer TRAVEL team, the children MUST be registered and play spring Rec Baseball. Registration for REC baseball for Closter/Haworth children on www.closterrec.com. Demarest children should register via the community pass website from the DAA in Demarest. In order to ATTEND the tryouts at the times listed below, children MUST register via this link for the FIELDHOUSE. This MUST be filled out in advance in order for the children to participate in tryouts at the Fieldhouse. There are NOT wal up registrations available on the day of the tryouts. The tryout times are limited and we must not slow down the process with same-day registrations. This form is also required for the children to do any activities within the Fieldhouse, so please fill this out prior to attending. Please NOTE: We will not be holding the 7u-8u Coach pitch and Kids pitch and 13u and 14u tryouts at this time but PLEASE fill this form out if your child is interested in trying out for these age groups, so that we can have it on file for future tryout dates/times and also get an idea of the number of children interested in trying out for these teams. Please note the times for your child's age group as children will be separated by age. Tryout dates and times Monday 2/2/26 5pm-6:30pm : 9u/10u children 6:30pm-8pm: 11/12u children Monday, 2/9/26 6:00pm - 7:30pm : 9u/10u children 7:30pm-9pm: 11/12u children INTEREST ONLY: *7/8u kids pitch/coach pitch *13u *14u TBD But please fill out the forms, so that we have them on file and have an idea of interest level. Children should bring the following equipment: Baseball Glove Batting helmets Bats if they have them Dress appropriately for indoor baseball and wear sneakers or turf shoes, NOT rubber cleats, Water bottle, preferably in reusable bottles that they will take home with them.
