RECRUIT-A-PALOOZA is a Recruiting Festival in which youth softball players will gain tools and confidence to feel prepared to be in the recruiting space. Recruiting can feel challenging, overwhelming, and negative. Jess Jacobson and Best Four Softball Recruiting Solutions are here to help you navigate those feelings and help you feel more prepared to enter and exist in the recruiting space. Jess has 18 years of college coaching experience at all 3 NCAA levels and is excited to share her knowledge and experience with you to put you in a better position for opportunities! When: Monday, October 13th, 2:00-6:00pm Check-in: 1:45pm Where: The NJ Fieldhouse | 140 Legrand Ave. | Northvale, NJ 07470 What to Expect: Programming, Workshops, and Education surrounding the topics of: 1. Recruiting Mindset 2. Discovery Activities that help players figure out what they like, want, and prefer AND who they are as a softball player 3. Recruiting Education that covers what College Softball is like, How to email coaches, and How to build a social media brand 4. Preparation Stations that include building NCAA IDs, getting your basic metrics, and learning how to film social media content on your own 5. How to know what to do, and what to do next? What to Bring: Laptop/iPad, water bottle, your own snacks What to Wear: Wear a t-shirt, shorts/leggings, and sneakers Who can come: This is open to any and all high school softball players who aspire to play softball in college.
