SRDA offers a unique coaching approach designed to elevate each player’s tactical awareness while refining their technical skills. Our mission is to challenge players to reach higher levels of performance while addressing their individual strengths, needs, and goals. Coach Steve Rozycki is widely recognized as one of the top technical coaches in New York and New Jersey. With over 20 years of coaching experience and a background as an elementary special education teacher, his ability to connect with players and support their development has led to success both on and off the field.
